These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legal agreement between you and TUCANA FUTURA SL ('we', 'our', or 'us') governing your access to and use of our mobile application available on the Apple App Store under App Store ID 6783655837 (the 'App').
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App and should uninstall it from your device.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms, rules, and policies.
The App is a financial utility designed to help users perform calculations, comparisons, planning, and related informational tasks on their device. The App operates primarily offline or locally and does not collect personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Features, content, and availability may vary by device, operating system version, region, or App version. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
All content, calculations, estimates, and materials provided through the App are for general informational and utility purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or insurance advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

The partner's eligibility criteria, pricing, fees, approval process, contractual terms, and privacy practices apply exclusively to that relationship. We are not responsible for partner decisions, product performance, service quality, or disputes between you and a partner.
Display of a partner offer in the App does not guarantee availability, approval, or suitability for your needs. Partner listings may change without notice.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with Apple's usage rules.

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by TUCANA FUTURA SL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
Partner names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of the respective partner institutions. Their display does not imply ownership by TUCANA FUTURA SL.
THE APP IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
We do not warrant that calculations, outputs, or informational content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your financial decisions. Financial markets and regulatory conditions change; you are responsible for verifying information independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TUCANA FUTURA SL and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or financial loss arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty euros (€50), or (c) zero if the App was provided free of charge.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TUCANA FUTURA SL from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
We may release updates to improve functionality, security, or compliance. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. We do not guarantee continuous availability and may discontinue the App or remove it from the App Store at any time.
Our Privacy Policy explains that the App does not collect personal data and describes how partner and platform-related privacy matters are handled. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law or Apple policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where mandatory law so provides.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App Store listing. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
